I must've been crazy as hell or lazy, because I don't think I would attempt to do this now. I started doing this in December 2003 (I think), and it took me 2 full weeks, maybe 3, to complete the whole thing. It wasn't easy, because I had to edit out the statistics and character on each screen. The whole thing was done on MS Paint.
You can also see it on GameFAQs here. I tried submitting it using the file upload page, but no matter how many times I tried, it wouldn't go all the way. I had to eventually email it in. I'm still surprised that map got accepted. If you see this map anywhere else, I didn't put it there.
