As the episode begins, a narrator introduces the prince, who appears to be high on seaweed. Sub-Mariner then begins to tell the story of the episode.... which is actually told by the narrator. I dunno, the whole narrator thing in this episode is confusing, and falls apart at the end.
We see Dr. Doom at the beginning of this story, reading a news article about a peace meeting. He's pissed.
Then proceeds to masturbate, I guess.
After he finishes that, he comes up with a plan to disrupte the meeting.
He decideds to gather an army of super villians, and he does this with his High-Frequency Emotion Charger to control their minds. He just happens to have one lying around for an occasion like this.
Meanwhile, at the peace building, Xavier's "mutant brain senses danger". You can tell just by looking at the weird-ass eye-motion thing he does that makes it look like he's having a seizure.
At that exact moment, the Mole Man and his minions pop out from under the floor and starts causing havoc.
Xavier counters by summoning the X-men to fend off these evil-doers! Wow, they really did look like a bunch of freaks back then.
Anyways, the X-Men eventually defeat them and stack them on top of each other like some sick, Warcraft geek fetish-looking, mole orgy.
It doesn't stop there, unfortunately, as more supervillians, under the control of Dr. Doom, make their way to the peace meeting. Like this stereotype.
And another villian that does the most dreadful thing ever: knock down street lights!!
But have no fear! Superheroes gather in an attempt to stop the insanity! Here we have Thor....
... who quickly gets zapped.
Around this time, Sub-Mariner reappears to remind the viewers that he's narrating the story... which he clearly isn't.
More chaos ensues,
Commies suddenly appear,
and in this disturbing scene, we have Captain America trying to start a threesome by sticking his face into a villian's ass and shoving the poor man's face into another villian's crotch. Eventually, the superheroes defeat all the villians, and Dr. Doom is ticked off about the outcome.
So he masturbates again.
